At no time have I authorized Peter Smith, or his attorneys, Mr. Fred Rucker of Rucker and Clarkson, or anyone at the firm of Baker, Silberberg, & Keener, to represent me either as an individual, a partner in the _______________ Partnership(s) or as that Partnership(s).
At no time has Peter Smith or any of the attorneys listed above ever contacted me. To my knowledge, I am not a member of any trust or group controlled by Peter Smith or any of the attorneys listed above. I authorize Charles Brink to take any action necessary to attack this claim of false representation.
I joined the TFP Litigation Group on ________________ to have Charles Brink and Sandra Kardos CPA defend me from the IRS assessments. I fully support the use of all funds recovered from any entity to support the tax litigation. I recognize that this support kept me from being improperly assessed tens of thousands of dollars by the IRS.
Charles Brink, exclusively, has had my authority to represent my Partnership interest in this Partnership at all times since I gave him that authority and it continues to today.
I fully support all work done by Sandra Kardos CPA and Charles Brink from the 1981 Partnership tax return to today. I was aware that it was unlikely that I would receive anything in return except for a quality defense against the IRS, who had proposed deficiencies far in excess of my true liability. I consider my contribution of __________ a reasonable fee for services rendered.
I specifically oppose any action that claims that either Charles Brink or Sandra Kardos did anything wrong during they’re nearly 18 year representation of my Partnership interests and specifically add Charles Brink had full authority to spend the funds recovered on the IRS Defense.
To close this matter, once and for all, I am transferring my total interest in this Partnership and any trust that may exist concerning that partnership to Charles Brink for services rendered. I totally sever all connections I have with this Partnership(s).
